Allah doesn’t prevent you from doing virtue to them and dealing with them in justice toward those who had neither fought you in the case of religion nor had delivered you out from your homes; indeed, Allah loves those who judge with justice.
According to verse 76: 3, mankind is given freedom either to select the way of gratefulness or the way of ungratefulness. So this verse teaches the believers that there is no blame upon them to keep relationships under the Light of Adhikr with the hypocrites who do not have enmity and hatred toward the believers for helping the Lord by propagating Adhikr—the Food, Cloth, and Sight of the human soul—aiming to extend the pole shifting.
